Responsibilities:
📞 Approach existing clients through telephone, email, and social media to understand and meet their needs.
😊 Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, consistently providing superior customer service.
🤝 Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Operations, Design, Factory) to achieve objectives in a participative and proactive style.
📊 Prepare presentations and other documentation required for customers.
Requirements:
🌐 Must be fluent in English and available to work during 9:00-18:00 EST time.
🚀 Proven work experience in Sales or Project Management.
🗣️ Excellent communication skills.
⏰ Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
🔢 Knowledge of dealing with numbers for budget calculations.
*This role can be based in any country in South America.
